Please complete this form to report an information security incident. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can classify the incident and process it quickly. In doing so, you contribute to the security of our IT infrastructure.
Your report will be processed by our IT administrators and, if necessary, the information security officer and/or the data protection officer will be informed.
