St. Gallen, July 13, 2022. On July 1, 2022, Militzer & Münch Group’s ninth branch in China. With the new office in Shenyang, the logistics company now also covers the northeast of the country.
Following the opening of the Chongqing office earlier this year, the presence in Shenyang is another milestone in Militzer & Munch. The company is thus consolidating its network of local experts – and now has 100 employees in China.
As branch manager, Colon Sun will build and manage the new location. The specialist for the market in northeastern China has been working in the international freight forwarding industry for eleven years.

Shenyang – center of heavy industry
Nine million people live in the metropolis of Shenyang. It is the capital of Liaoning Province and one of the most important heavy industrial locations in China. The proximity to the modern port city of Dalian, the connection to the three northeastern provinces of the country and to the adjacent economic zones in the south and east make the location a main transport hub.
