Difficult conditions for transporting components for a compressor station to Bozoi in Kazakhstan &#8211; the perfect order for Militzer &amp; Munch. \u201cThe order was really tough,\u201d says Nikolaus Kohler, Regional Managing Director Middle East \/ Central Asia. &#8220;We had to transport five complete gas compressor units from Europe via Russia to Kazakhstan. We were happy to be able to rely on strong teams in Germany, Russia and Kazakhstan.&#8221; Militzer &amp; collected the components from England, the Netherlands and Germany. M\u00fcnch initially in the port of Rotterdam. From there we continued by ship to the port of St. Petersburg. The freight was first stored there and then transported to the construction site in Bozoi in 36 trucks. The components from China were stored in Shanghai before they reached Aktobe in Kazakhstan by train in 35 containers and were transported by truck to Bozoi. When completed, the new pipeline will be 1,475 kilometers long. The first part of the pipeline went into operation in 2013, the second part in 2015.
